Since March ’94 I have supported Philip Allen’s ministry in The JESUS Film Project. When I first started giving, it was a small amount and as time has gone by, my giving has increased as my income has increased. During this time I knew what I was giving for but I didn’t personally see the true impact of the JESUS film. Phil has always been very good at keeping me informed through his Harvest newsletters, emails, and phone calls. I even toured Campus Crusade for Christ’s World headquarters in 1995 and the new headquarters in 2000. Even still, I never personally saw the film’s impact...until now. An Asian couple recently joined my Bible study group. One evening we all went out for dinner and our new members were asked how they came to the USA and how they came to know Christ. They captured my full attention and heart as they started to share about seeing an outdoor showing of the JESUS film in their village and how they saw Jesus’ life. I had goose bumps (and am having them now) as they told us their story. They went on to say how the JESUS film is reaching their people and how blessed they were that those they have never met helped make it possible. It was all I could do not to cry when I told them of my contribution to the Project. They want someday to meet the distribution team and to thank them personally and to praise God for all of us. I have since raised my giving to Phil’s ministry and challenge you to join his support team. The Lord will bless you in ways you can’t imagine. In His precious name,
